Pasta is my thing, so we might bump into each other in this area. Try every pasta dish you can think of since a designated chef is standing by to create the best red, white or oil based pasta for you. Do not forget to try Lechon Belly Pasta (their take on the famous Aglio E Olio pasta, using pork fat as base, topped with chunks of lechon belly, capers, olives, parmesan cheese and more!), it’s a first in Cebu. Curry station is another great pick. For Chinese food enthusiast, the stir-fry and noodle station might be your first stop. Another one to watch out for is the Sisig station. They have Vegan Sisig for the health conscious and of course, the popular pork sisig and squid sisig too. The carving station is what I frequently visit. Much to the delight of meat lovers like myself, we can have our unlimited fill of Pork Belly and Pork Ribs along with other grilled meat and fresh seafood without being guilty of over-eating because it’s really good. Also, do not miss out on the Crepe and other dessert stations to complete your dinner adventure.
